Standard Shipping & Fulfillment Timelines

We work diligently to ensure your Chevrolet parts, GMC parts, and other GM components reach your doorstep as quickly as possible:

• In-Stock Orders: Ship within 24 hours. (Weekend orders are processed the next business day).
• Direct-from-Manufacturer Parts: If a specific Chevy OEM part is not immediately in our local warehouse, we order it directly from GM. These usually arrive to us within 2-3 days and are shipped to you promptly.
• Average Delivery: Most complete orders ship within 2-3 business days. Depending on your U.S. location, ground shipments typically take 2 to 7 transit days.
• Need it Faster? Overnight shipping is available at checkout for an additional cost for urgent repairs like alternators or ignition components.

Shipping Oversized & Heavy-Duty OEM Parts

• Oversized or overweight shipments (such as bumpers, engine blocks, or GMC rims) require special freight handling.
• These items will incur an additional shipping cost. Our parts experts will contact you directly for approval prior to shipping.
• Note: We cannot guarantee exact transit times for ground and oversized freight orders.

Additional Shipping Details

• Carrier Substitutions: To provide you with the lowest wholesale prices possible, we may substitute shipping carriers (USPS, FedEx, UPS) at our discretion to reduce your out-of-pocket shipping costs.
• Backorders: In the rare event that a GM part number is placed on backorder or discontinued by the manufacturer, our team will work tirelessly to source it for you as quickly as possible and keep you updated.
• Restrictions: We currently do not ship internationally, and we do not accept COD (Cash on Delivery) orders.
